Am I eligible to vote in South Carolina?

In order to vote in the state of South Carolina, you must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be a resident of South Carolina

  • NOT be declared mentally incompetent by the state

  • NOT be a convicted felon
