Where you cast your ballot depends on where in the state you live. The Utah voting website allows you to find your local polling place by entering your residential address.
What do I need to bring to the polls in Utah?
If you are voting in-person, you will need to bring some form of acceptable identification document. You only need one primary document, such as:
A valid Utah driver's license
A valid Utah state or U.S. government identification card
A valid U.S. passport
A tribal ID card
A Utah concealed carry permit
If you do not have any of these documents, you can also bring two forms of other identifying documents. Some examples are:

What special accommodations are available?
If you are disabled, the Utah government provides multiple accommodations, depending on your situation. If it is a mail-in election, you can vote by mail. If you choose to vote at a polling place, you can use voting machines designed for voters with visual and/or auditory disabilities.
If you need assistance to vote, you can choose someone to assist you, as long as the person you choose is not a candidate, a trade union representative, or your employer. Additionally, the state of Utah allows voters with disabilities to vote via fax or email, although disabled voters need to submit a paper application.
